Chief Information Security Officer

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you'll develop IS protection strategies; develop continuance standards and security policies with business and IT leaders; direct IT security risk assessments and compliance audits; ensure IT complies with applicable laws and regulations; plan and direct the implementation of, and evaluate, tools and technologies; identify new threats and vulnerabilities; act as advocate for best practices; investigate and resolve security incidents; and lead/develop staff.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) and at least 10 years' experience managing corporate systems and support processes (at least 3 years in a leadership role). We require CISSP certification (or equivalent); proven interpersonal, communication, relationship-management and consulting skills; and the ability to effectively influence, negotiate, lead, coach and motivate. Financial services industry experience is strongly preferred.
