Full Version: Welcome

Welcome to the new forum. Designed specifically for Trial Members.

While the topics for this thread are definately sketchy, this forum is where anything goes. If you'd like to post proxy listings you may do so. If you'd like to talk about a freeBSD tutorial You also may do that. It doesn't matter. What does matter is that the same rules will apply to this forum as any other.

Since there is only one forum we're going to have to organize things by which categories they would normal go.

So in forth, the Topic Description could add more clues to what category your post would go into.

As well you could also use brackets in the Topic title for example [Linux] for a linux discussion. [Windows] or [MS] for windows. As well as [Proxy] and [Exploit] etc.

This is a great opportunity to bring up your post count and get noticed by the Mods and Admins. If you haven't noticed lately ALOT of Trial members have been promoted to the Members group.

Happy Posting smile.gif

@dissulutions,when you guys created the board rulez didn't you realize how hard it will be to become a full member? You nearly can't ask any questions because every question you might have can be replied by using the search button?!And for posting tuts i'm even not experienced enough!
MsMittens
Well this will be nifty for trial members. Perhaps a closed sticky that tells people how they can become full members eventually.

You know, it's not a bad thing that becoming a full member is an earned thing rather than just being so right away. At another site I frequent we get a lot of people who either post a question that can easily be researched on the website (because it's been asked 99 times before) or people who never post and only join to download (and thus, not really contribute -- it's almost like having an information leech for lack of a better description).

Personally, rather than looking at the bad or potential negative viewpoint of this, look at it from a positive point of view. Now you have the option of posting things and potentially starting discussions that haven't been done before (think of it as a challenge). People shouldn't be afraid to learn, especially those desiring to be "hackers" or going for knowledge; you should crave it.

I knew that learning how to hack wouldn't be easy at all.And perhaps you might right that i should think on it as a challenge.(Of course it is! a challenge, which beginns with writing these sentences in english tongue.gif it has been a long time since my last english lesson huh.gif ).And an positive aspect of this rule was that it prevented me for doing stupid things(don't know really how to translate the meaning of this sentenence?) I mean becoming a full members status would gain me access to Softwares which if not known how to use can cause a lot of damage, right?

Good, a new forum for trial members smile.gif . And it is really good that trial members can post here biggrin.gif

This is a little bit offtopic, Its just so funny laugh.gif , sorry if its spam.. sad.gif

This is a story about four people named Everbody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everbody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

the rules of the board changed alot lately concerning the trial members lol.. i agree with them totally, everyone's just spamming for downloads and exploit research and discussion sections... most people are just skiddies that don't care about how it works and just want to cause havok mad.gif

i got over 300 posts in about 2 months, i'm sure you can get 30 eventually smile.gif
whiskah
well for me i don't really care if I get a member status or not...
The fact that I'm learning much from this forum is enough for me..
and most of the questtions asked here can be found by doing a little research which I like cause I learn things along the way rather than asking

Exploits..I can find them elsewhere same with tools..so I'm not after those things

for those who are after exploits.. why don't u subscribe urselves to the mailing list of bugtraq

Rather than ask questions share you reasearch by writting a min i tutorial.Show what worked and what didn't.Don't go spamming but if you come accross a good article share it with us or maybe share a freshly scanned proxy list. You could write a review on a new peice of software you have tried out.Hope this gives you some ideas.
