the latest version (yes there is, in several versions. like, .txt, .pdf, others..) may always be found here or together with other more or less useful tools and texts (they are more | more then less imnho) here

Nice paper. FInally read it on a long plane ride. Good explanations for the most part, but here and there he leaves out important background info.

I especially enjoyed the info on detecting sniffers.....

there was one point where a few paragraphs or a page was dropped....bummer. I should go back to the source and see if the error exists there too. I assume it does since it's a pdf...
