Well, if we all help we could create the entire 120gigs worth of Rainbow tables quite easily, so im asking for all those people with reasonable / good / super good spec'd computers to post back here if they are willing to help. I already have the server to store them on in chunks of 30gig at a time. Its a 10mbit in sweeden and bandwidth isnt a problem for him. If you are interested, please post here and ill pm u the login information for the server. Many thanks Buz

This sounds like a good idea. Unfortunately... im on a 333Mhz at the moment but ill see if i can find a decent computer to run for a couple hours. If each of us runs it for a hour or so, we could get a nice set of tables quickly... But, someone should write a tutorial on how newbies can do it so they can bennifit also.

So, I just started to generate, but am not sure if it's correct. I used this command: rtgen lm alpha-numeric 1 7 0 2100 8000000 all. Is it right?

i would suggest using bittorrent to distribute them or a cheap way would be to burn each table to cd and snail mail them since each table is only 610 megs

I don't think this would be good, because members live all over the world. This could get expensive...

The company that im working at is almost finished with the complete table (around another week or two), i can sell the table off for the price of the hard drive space (ie. the table should be from 100g-120gb) so id sell it for the price of one of those hard drives... if anyone is interested let me know. We've spoke to another small internet security company and they have already had the tables complete, the main security auditor there told me the tables hasnt failed him yet while cracking passwords.

I'm interessed in generating tables again.
I'll generate using rtwin the Windows application for tablegeneration. I'm on a 10Mbit connection.
I already have 6x1.4 GB files, but I don't think those support lowercase, unfortunately.
