A few things about the device in general, The Blackberry Curve 8350i has all of the same features that you see in any of the other Blackberry Curves from any of the other networks around.  So just incase you forgot what they are here are the basic specs.

·  DataViz Documents to Go is preloaded to make it easy to edit Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents directly on the Smartphone

·  Speakerphone is optimized for sound quality with Direct Connect

·  Advanced Media Player to listen to music, watch videos and show pictures

·  Expandable microSD memory card slot allows plenty of storage for pictures, videos, music and documents

·  Bluetooth version 2.0 with support for (A2DP) stereo Bluetooth and more

Now the part that is supposed to differentiate the phone from others is the push to talk functionality offered.  But honestly other devices such as the Blackberry Curve from AT&T offer a push to talk functionality.  Yet most people still prefer the implementation that is offered from Sprint. Through Direct Connect, users can use walkie-talkie off-network connections. The BlackBerry Curve 8350i is the first BlackBerry to offer Group Connect, letting users’ setup group conversations with up to 20 people.

Another small thing to remember is that this device is thicker and bit larger then it’s normal Blackberry Curve brothers.  Maybe that was to make the device a bit more durable?  I am not sure.
