First you schould talk to your victim for 2 or 3 minutes.

Then send a file to him.

It should be a Song or some bigger thing, so you get more time to get his IP.

 
While the file is sending change into your cmd.

Write "netstat -a" an look for the port 5190.

If there is no IP then copy the hostname before the port and write "ping" and the hostname .

For example "ping www.google.com" 

Now you will get an IP.

You can do everything with this ip , except illegal things.
